- Carl (Canada) plans to coach some executives on sub-optimal communication tactics they’re using.
- He shares his approach using meeting recordings to do this in a positive way, and asks for feedback from the community.
When a team doesn’t follow through on retro actions
- Marcel (Netherlands) asked what you’d do if a team committed to creating a social contract as part of a retrospective, but only 30% showed up to the session to do it.
